Hey-just saw your request for a Duck Confit recipe. Sara Moulton made the easiest and best on one of her shows. She found a way to cut out a lot of the work and time. Maybe you can find it. If I find it I will let you know. Duck Confit is something I can NEVER resist if it is on the menu!
